La Asociación Mundial de Wushu (World Wushu Association) nace para dar estructura institucional a lo que durante décadas se transmitió de maestro a discípulo: un arte con raíz en China y presencia viva en América Latina, Europa y Asia. No sustituimos la riqueza de cada linaje; la organizamos para que pueda crecer con identidad verificable, estándares claros y proyección internacional.

The World Wushu Association (World Wushu Association) exists to give institutional structure to what was long transmitted from master to disciple: an art rooted in China and alive across Latin America, Europe, and Asia. We do not replace lineage richness; we organize it so it can grow with verifiable identity, clear standards, and global reach.

世界武术协会（WWSA）旨在为数十年来师徒相传的武术提供制度性框架——根植中国、连接拉丁美洲、欧洲与亚洲。 我们并不取代各门派的丰富传承，而是加以组织，使其以可验证身份、清晰标准与国际视野持续发展。

Reconocemos el Wushu tradicional y el moderno como un mismo patrimonio cultural chino. Cambian la finalidad del entrenamiento —preservar linaje o competir con reglamento— pero no el origen ni el respeto por la disciplina.

We recognize traditional and modern Wushu as one Chinese cultural heritage. Training goals differ — preserving lineage or competing under rules — but the origin and respect for the discipline remain the same.

A diferencia del Karate o el Taekwondo, el Wushu tradicional careció durante mucho tiempo de una representación global coherente. La escena competitiva avanzó con federaciones y reglamentos; la transmisión familiar y de linaje, en cambio, quedó fragmentada: sin acreditación comparable, sin directorio confiable y sin canales claros de crecimiento para escuelas fuera de China. Ese vacío es el que la Asociación busca cubrir con seriedad institucional.

Unlike Karate or Taekwondo, traditional Wushu long lacked coherent global representation. The competitive scene advanced with federations and rules; family and lineage transmission, however, remained fragmented: without comparable accreditation, a trusted directory, or clear growth paths for schools outside China. That gap is what the Association aims to fill with institutional seriousness.

与空手道、跆拳道不同，传统武术长期缺少统一的全球代表。竞技赛场随联合会与规则发展， 而家传与门派传承却分散——缺少可比认证、可信名录，以及中国以外院校清晰的成长通道。 协会正以严肃的制度建设填补这一空白。

En chino, Wushu nombra el arte completo. Taolu y Sanda —y la transmisión tradicional— son caminos distintos de un mismo origen. Comprender esa dualidad ayuda a maestros, escuelas y público a hablar el mismo idioma institucional.

In Chinese, Wushu names the art as a whole. Taolu and Sanda — and traditional transmission — are different paths from the same origin. Understanding that duality helps masters, schools, and the public speak the same institutional language.
